Wine Club Agreement

  • I understand that 3 times per year my credit card will automatically be billed for the retail price of the wine less my club discount on club shipments, plus any applicable taxes and shipping.
  • Membership changes/cancellations must be made in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the next shipment-email is accepted. Processed club shipments will not be refunded.
  • I understand that, after the first 3 shipments I can cancel my membership without a fee. Cancellation prior to these 3 shipments for any reason will be charged a flat fee of $100.
  • One shipment every three shipments (a year) may be skipped. 2 or more shipments in a 3 shipment period is prohibited.
  • All website wine club sign ups will be shipped the most recent club shipment
  • Wine club benefits are not transferable.
  • There are no substitutions on club selections unless the offering is a “customizable shipment” which may or may not occur depending on the selections.
  • Pick up customers may enjoy a window of 60 days from processing shipments, after which time the wine will automatically be shipped to the address on file. With the exception of May 2025. Shipping charges will apply.
  • Brian Arden’s main form of communication with our members is email. Pre-shipment notifications will be sent to members before the club has been processed.
  • It is the club members responsibility to notify us of changes to their accounts: which include, but is not limited to email address, telephone numbers or shipping address. Non-notification may result in return, redirect or reshipment fees.
  • Please keep in mind that orders may take 7-10 days to be processed prior to shipping. Rates include proper packing, adult signature fee, area surcharge, residential charge and fuel surcharge. Insurance included up to $100.
  • Wine shipments must be signed for by an adult 21 years of age of older.
  • To avoid return, redirect or reshipment fees, a business address is preferred.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • To keep shipping costs down, all shipments are shipping UPS ground where available. We may automatically hold shipments during times of extreme weather to protect your investment.
  • Wine is guaranteed when signed for on a first delivery attempt. Delayed receipt of shipments becomes the responsibility of the club member. Reshipment and return fees will apply.
  • If after wine is returned (or the customer does not pick up their wine within the 60 day time allotment) and the customer will not pay to ship/reship, the wines will be donated and no refund will be offered.
